HR committee


The HR committee is one of committees of the Netherlands-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce.

Its mission is to be a platform for gaining and exchanging information, knowledge around HRM topics in Hungary

The main target group is :
-    Dutch and international companies active in Hungary
-    Dutch companies who have the intention to start up activities or businesses in Hungary.
-    Hungarian organisations co-operating in a multinational environment
-    Governmental, semi-governmental entities.
 
Activities :
-    Deliver high value thematic HR events
-    Provide information on HR topics and trends
-    Be a sounding board


Topics of interest will be based on the needs and interest of NHCC members for example :

  • Talent management
  • Benefits and Compensation
  • HR service models
  • Management/leadership development
  • Hungarian tax system

 

The HR committee consists of the following members :

A Dutch born Hungarian with over 15 years of international experiences working for Sara Lee, KPN Telecom and Linea Directa Communications. An international certified NLP trainer/coach and a Master practitionar in Transactional Analysis with strong focus in executive coaching and management, communication- and sales trainings. With the bi-cultural background I am able to create bridges between for multi-national companies in order to " Make people perform".

 Image Anita has 18 years of international HR experience at ING, and is passionate about individual-, team- and organizational change. She integrates strategy, structure and culture, with main focus on human development. Currently working as freelance consultant in Hungary. Some examples of her activities in 2008: Executive coach, guest speaker at Corvinus and Central European University in their MBA programme, guest speaker at the HR chapter of the British Chamber of Commerce, development of Change Leadership workshop for the American Chamber of Commerce, facilitation of professional development sessions, projectmember in Communication-Change project at FMCG company.
